Currently, our full-service planning is complementary when you book your 3+ park day vacation with us.

Disney allows the transfer of reservations made within the last 30 days. For offsite reservations or reservations made outside of the transfer window, we are able to help with dining reservations and itinerary planning for an additional fee.

When you’re ready to start planning your next vacation, reach out here. We will set up a time to chat over the phone to get to know each other. This 15 minute phone call is a very important part of the planning process. We will walk through dates, length of trip, tickets, resort options, and all other details for your vacation.

From there we will send you a proposal with several (usually 3) resort options based on our conversation. This quote includes photos and videos of the resorts, transportation options, on-site restaurants, pricing, and more.

Once you’ve selected your resort and are ready to move forward, we will take care of the booking and deposit and send you confirmations.

Then the fun part starts! We will assist with setting up your My Disney Experience account, linking your reservation, organizing your park days, and making sure you have the appropriate park pass reservations.

Your dining and experience window opens 60 days prior to check-in, so we will schedule another call to chat through ALL the options and where your favorites might fit best in your itinerary. Don’t worry! You’ll get a very extensive planning document to read through prior to the call so you’ll know what we’re talking about! In addition to character dining and extras like Droid Depot and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, we’ll talk about airport transfers, stroller rentals, and MagicBands. (The best part is that we will handle ALL of this booking for you!)

Thirty days prior to your trip we will handle your final payment. Then, about a week prior, we will have a final phone call to discuss all the last-minute details - where you’re going, how you’re getting there, what to expect, and a very necessary app tutorial for the parks. You’ll get a very handy customized itinerary to take with you while you travel.

And of course, we are available throughout your trip to assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise.

Depending upon availability, yes. If the Mini Mouse Counselor whom you wish to plan with is currently at maximum capacity with clients, you will be referred to another group member. Rest assured, we’re all equally qualified and excited to plan your trip!
